You know those nights that turn magical when you start sharing stories with your friends? That’s exactly what happens in Playback Theatre! Improv SpringBoard and drama therapist Emily Bartlett (b. Hive theatre) will be performing this innovative format, where improvisors recreate audience members’ stories. Twist: The audience members will tell them how well they did, then the improvisers will try again. Unlike traditional improv, Playback tries for authenticity, leading to sets that are as powerful and poignant as they are funny!
